Cancellation/No Show Policy

At Kouture hair studio & spa we reserve time especially for you. We ask for at least 24 hours advance notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This way our stylist can adjust their schedules and we may be able to accommodate a client on our waiting list. We do, of course understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you if you have an emergency etc. If we do not receive notice of a cancellation this will be considered a “no show” therefore we will require a deposit to make another appointment.

We will require a deposit of $50 for your next appointment, the deposit will go towards the balance of your services. If you “no show” for this appointment you will not get this deposit back. After 3 “no shows” you will no longer be able to book any services at our salon and spa. Thank you for understanding. 

Covid-19 Policy 

Masks are mandatory on arrival. Please wear it before coming into the building. 

if you don't own a mask, one will be provided for you. 

please fill out the Covid-19 screening form & bring it up to the front desk with you!

 (extra masks are by the Covid-10 screening form) 

Please be on time to your appointments, there is lots of cleaning to do in between clients & if you are late it could put the whole stylists day behind.!

Please no extra Guests, only clients getting services are permitted in the salon. 

If you are experiencing any flu like symptom's, please reschedule.

if you've traveled and/or live with someone that has traveled in the last 14 days please reschedule your appointment.

Unfortunately we can't offering you any beverages but you are more then welcome to bring some
